windowsfx transparent menus, shadows and different levels of transparency on windows. Who needs bersirc?

Grem's converted me to Bersirc now. It's excellent. All the stuff mIRC does, to the same degree, more stuff, and it looks nicer and feels better to use. Never got transparency working though, so I'm using that lame WindowFX thing for IRC only sessions so I can look at meh desktop at the same time

Yer, don't like that WindowFX thing. It monkeys around too much with windows' internals.. M$ software is unstable enough already ffs
