No argument here Not sure what a viva is but i'm guessing some sort of exam/test? It takes a special kind of idiot to go out and get hammered the day before something like that.

You chose to get drunk so now you will have to face the consequences of that act. You can't redo it so no idea in trying to regreat it. Get up on the horse and get the best out of the day anyway.

you get questioned by a board of people on anything youve done in your degree. usually if you are between clasifications or wanting to move onto post grad (afaik)
