Is there anyone who can compete with Silva?

Who will Brock Lesnar get to fight on his debut?

How can they possibly let Chuck fight the Axe murderer after his two recent poor performances. Who do you think should get the fight?

And finally who do you think should get a shot for the free heavy weight belt?

I thought Silva was pure class in every way. Seems a great guy and an absolutely awesome talent with regards to his fighting.

Great to watch, and hes still getting better every fight. His accuracy and particularly the way he defends himself is just beautiful at times. Funny that at a time when many of the formerly top guys from Pride are struggling in the UFC Silva (who won 1, lost 2 with Pride a couple of years back) is cleaning the floor with anyone they throw at him.

Theres no real obvious opponents left though: Filho would be one, but hes hiding in WEC (2nd division promotion also owned by the UFC) since he doesnt want to fight Silva, Chonan beat Silva last they met (in Pride a couple of years back), and makes his UFC debut next month, but seems to have dropped down a weightclass ruling him out too. Henderson maybe if he wants to go back to middleweight, but I cant see that being his next fight.

Lesnar? Hes had 1 fight against a shit opponent. No doubt he'll get a couple of fights vs weak opponents to justify the silly amount of money theyll be paying him before we see him vs anyone half decent. Cant say I care much.

Liddell/Wandy has to happen. Enough arsing around we've (well, some of us anyway) been waiting for this for too damn long already. Both coming off losses and needing a win, nows as good a time as any.

Not sure whats happened to some of the heavyweights recently, quite a few (Nog, Werdum, Arlovski, ...) are AWOL. The way things have gone recently I guess we're left with Sylvia/Gonzaga, though at the weekend Sylvia mentioned wanting to fight Kongo. Either of those would work: anything except another Sylvia/Arlovski will do really.

Yep, he is just starting out in MMA now. Before pro-wrestling he was in legit wrestling where he won the NCAA title in 2000. The guy is a very talented mat wrestler and he will be a dangerous opponent on the ground.
