u wanna have a realms meeting?

hi guyz,i am a cleric from albion,i was wandering if u guyz want the realms meeting with us albs?

thats would be something like duels,we dont rush every1 on every1, it would be 1 on 1!
does any1 want to arrage that to happen please reply to this thread!

we will arrange time if the poeple agree on that,cya!

I actually tryed that once ... Tradolf's guild came through Emain. We had a nice fight a little away from apk near the ruins. We was outnumbered, but did quite well and put up a good fight. Out of the darkness of night came a gang of hib's

I remember thinking .. "omg .. we are dead" .. and seconds after i started running straight at them. When i came close to the group a yellow con dude (cant remember class) stod out from group and engaged me in a 1on1.

The first 2 seconds i just waited for a nuke from the 2 Eldrich's (both lvl 50) standing behind us. But then i saw they was /cheer .. /clap .. /victory at their mate

I got him to 40% health when a large Firbolg healed him .. my enemy got 1 more heal from his party in this fight before i killed him. Thinking ... now what .. i charged the 2 eldrich's and got smacked in a nano sec.

A really cool experience for me

I belive it was Tradolf and Co.

"realm metting" to make small duals

unless its a dual where nobody dies I belive it fall under what myth/goa calls "rp farming"

I remember hearing the story about a us server where they did this and a gm showed himself as a nice goldenball in the sky telling every one to stop the rp farming at once.

I also heard what happende once on excal when some middies and some albs (or hibis dosent amtter realy) was dualing, and a gang of cute middies (yes new middies not the once dualing) ran in and cut down every last one of the albs/hibis.

I also remember once in odins where we did duals where no one died ... it lasted untill we middies got bored and slaughter all the hibis that where dualing.

so what can we learn:

a) rp farming ...oh sorry dualing is not in the spirite of what myth/goa legial.

b) dont expect every body to understand whar you are doing. Remember its WAR OUT THERE!

1. Duelling to death is against CoC.

2. Duelling not to death is somewhat akin to sex with faked orgasms.

3. If you still insist on planning such ”friendly meetings”, go pick a really really out of the way spot somewhere in Hadrian’s Wall. Never go to Emain to duel. Don’t come to Odin’s. Any enemy player is a fair prey, so you have to go to a place where you can be practically certain noone will find you and ”spoil your fun”.

4. If you manage to ignore previous point and try to conduct your duels in a most unlikely places for such thing, like near milegates in Emain or APK in Odin’s, be CERTAIN you’ll be killed off by first warparty that happens to run by.

5. Crying ”dont kill him, he’s me friend!!” is one of the silliest methods of getting yerself added to people’s ignore lists.

No Kedalin it won't break any rules, except maybe the spirit of the game, but as Ottar says (so excellently may I say) it's a bit pointless isn't it old son?

Anyway once people know where you are going to be expect every stealther, caster and tank in all 3 realms to come harvest your realm points. And don't complain about it -- this is war after all...

btw pick some where else another zone maybe, just dont do it near a pk. Because there will alwasy becomming some out of the keep that dont know about this post and think "I'll help my realm mates" and then *boom* dead whom ever isent an alb.

And, if you missed my post earlier in this thread - I don't agree with duelling and I would never do it. You must have missed the post, else you'd not have invited me to come to the duel whilst I was up to my neck in dead Mids at Berkstead....
