Tweaks

Heya,

Looking for a tweak guide for Mohaa. I am sharing an internet connection (512k) through 2 pc's. The one pc is now lagging bad with 120-200ping (not so bad I know...but when u use to 40 it is high. It used to be fine, 50-60 and 50-60 on each machine. Now the one is fine, the host, but the other is lagging like a bitch. Howcome? The one machine is using Win2000 pro and the other WinME. Any ideas?

Also, I have inverted mouse that I have to change everytime I start the game, what config setting is it?

Come on, someone must know something. Someone on another forum said "Get a router..." - that doesn't help me. Anything to do with the RATE in config?

may be a seem like a silly question but have you set connection speed in multi player options?
Also check that your firewall is not blocking.
I have 2 or 3 pcs connected at any one time withought the need for a router all get simmilar pings but have been in the same position as you in the past and the answer was simply me forgetting to set the connection speed in multi player options.

Aaagh, u right. I told my buddy to check and he said it was fine. I stupidly believed him, now that I check he had it on ISDN! GRRR!
