My TV just died. I'm looking for a cheap (under £200) LCD TV please, widescreen, HD, don't need built in freeview or anything else. Ideally something I can walk into Dixons/Currys/whatever-its-fucking-called-nowadays tomorrow and buy.

Please to be recommending kthx.

Given the budget, I'm guessing 20" or so. The price is the most important factor tbh.

Go for a Samsung or a Panasonic Viera, you dont need 1080 with a small screen either, so that should keep the price down

I'm struggling to find anything decent in that price range tbh.

I think you'll struggle to find a 26" for £200 or thereabouts Will.

An option might be to get your current television repaired until you have more money to spend.

Wow, Richer Sounds is actually bargainous. I'll compare the 19" and the 26" they do, though I've got a feeling the more than doubling in price suggests I'll go for the 19".

Thanks Yaka, I hadn't even considered them.

19" is sooo tiny though. You (and your xbox) will really appreciate those extra 7 inches.
