TV on the internet?

are there webbys that actually allow (legal) viewing of shows and content? is it viewable, quality-wise? Does anyone here do it?

The BBC does show some stuff on the net. Sports that they are showing anyway and some BBC3 and 4 stuff (ie not terrestrial).

I watch some of the comedies such as Rob Brydon's Anually Retentive, no specific reason though.

Qualities watchable.
