What you guys say about this template, is it bad or okay? Can it be used? Is it gimp:eek7: ? And if you guys think it can be maked better then show me :) couse im looking for a new 1 so im kinda up for anything just it PwN!

Nah mate it really is not usable. How could you think about giving up 10% damage (10% passive pierce is missing). AT even has almost identical stats as that gimp jewel you are using plus 5% pierce. Sash is also essential for the other 5% pierce, arcane siphon and group mcl charge. Honestly it is very poor.

At the very start of making any caster template the following you should automatically insert sash,boz and either AT or EC. 99% will also have GOV and champ staff. on top of that you should really have ctr and cloudsong.

forget the 1982's hit cloudsong, it was only used in templates because of the 5% cast speed which can be easily avoided. but true it is that there's a lot to improve in the template. personally i don't think that boz is a "musthave" in anyway either, but if you can squeeze it in use it ftw.

what about the range/pierce charge?

doesn't stack. with sash, at (or eriny) and boz you got 10% pierce and 9% range. didn't use CS in templates for ages.

As Mikos says i think you should use AT/Erynis and Jacina for the 10% passive, as eso says cloudsong & ctr aint a must, but the 5% range use of cloudsong and the 4% extra ressist from crt are useful. Also jacinas charge for group-pow recovery is really important and the AT morph is really good specially if u're and elf. Actually with the new system of artifacts, my theory is: "Use all the artifacts you can fix" , get arties now is really easy. Also i would recommend to leave atleast 3 places for crafted armor so you can balance your ressists well.

if you must have 9-10% range then get BoZ instead of Cloudsong because:

-Cloudsong +range is a charge
-Cloudsong has shit utility
-Boz /uses ftw
-Boz stats > CS

also Eriny's charm is better template-wise than AT, though if you "must" have the croc morph then take AT.

Looking around the net alot of people seem to think the 5% active pierce doesnt stack with the passive but that the range actually does..

and you think, even if the range bonus would be constant 15% with CS (which is not as CS is on timer) it'd be worth wasting such high utility slot?)

power cap, acui cap, AF bonus.. is good even if you dont use the cast speed ;]

sure, but you can still get better overall template by taking something with more utility. but templates are personal and our opinions shouldn't matter in the end! :)

well with 2-3 people in the grp with CS it would be constant. And if it really does stack then yes it would be worth it.
