Was readin the sun today and found a item on my arch enemie NTL [hisses and spits] Callers reporting faults yesterday to ntl were greeted by this mesage " Hello you are through to NTL customer support. We dont give a Fu*k about you. We are never here. We will just fu*k you about basically. and we are not going to handle any of your complaints. Just F*ck off and leave us alone. get a life" police belive it was somone hacking into there system. What class if this is you please say i would like to say what class.. who ever did this has spoken to ntl befor haha get that man a

After having the dubious pleasure of having to deal with NTL just recently it's soooo true! They are fine when they work, but when they don't swallowing razor wire is a more fun prospect than trying to speak to them!

Been with them for about 2 years now and ive not had the unfortunate pleasure of trying to contact them ... either way NTL rock imo .. think about it!
