Mythic's idea of what makes a good trohpy makes me laugh (not). Why the back-end of so many critters? I suspect some sort of fixation there...
After Cetus been staring at me for long enough, a few more eyes - even of a Gorgon - wouldn't matter that much. And a bit of old tin for Talos? His head would make a cool coffee table in my lounge. Has anyone actually managed to get ALL the possible sprite combinations? Apart from getting killed by Albs on their way from Odins to Fens, green will just not drop, even though not grey.
I hope in Catacombs a bit more care has been taken with the ML trophies. Mind you, Chimera and Phoenix feather are cool - I just gotta have.
Popped into Jakus house the other day. Had a browse of the trophies I hadn't got yet. Kicked a few to give 'em that 'used' look, then noticed TWO dragon heads. Bah! Totally ott imo. Stomped out in a huff. :wub: :kissit:

Anyone want to try for the Alb dragon?

Some are quite bizarre but I'm not sure I've spotted any back-ends.

I really like the Cetus trophy, it's probably my favourite (of the ones I have).
I've got it by my alc table so I can see it while I craft.
Talos is odd. It looks quite good but doesn't seem to relate to Talos. It looks like a sword but he uses a hammer, & not a silver one.

Mind you, Chimera and Phoenix feather are cool - I just gotta have.

These ML trophies are soooo hard to get hold of though.
You've got to roll lucky or hope to find them on market explorer, though they are virtually never for sale.
You could go on dozens of ML raids & never win them.

There are loads of trophies I don't have yet, it's very much a work in progress.
The number of DRs I've been on I should have at least 5 Dragon Heads!
Maybe I'll roll lucky tonight!

haha theres a few of us in havelock that have gone trophy mad lol between me, tusse and jake i think we have all of them covered but jake with TWO dragon heads - now thats just greedy I mean ive been on something liek 55ish dragon raids (30 of my own) and only won one and that was on one of Nausilus's raids ages ago so I agree nerf Jake lol

It would be amazing if we could go raid other realms dragons sometime but thats never gonna happen

Peronally I think Gjalpinulva looks the most impressive followed by Phoenix but I dont have that one yet but there are definitely some very nice looking ones and some butt ugly ones (cetus is soooooo ugly lol)

Girls don't have that sort of fixation - at least I dont and I never met one that has. I was meaning the Melos Wavemaster (+ his 2 identical mates) and a smaller one, similar but yellow called Kosma (what also has 2 mates the same). I suppose you could call em tails...

Dont get me wrong I luv Cetus the ugly old sod. I'd never part with him or my Dragon. An if you been on 55 dragon raids and never won one I must of been v.lucky. All I can say is gizza respec...

Got all sprite combinations, except for the 2 by 2 ones (think that's dumb anyway...) and had no problem getting them remains either... Got even a few left. Found that white ones were hardest to drop, but that's just random, so...

hehe i also gone mad with trophy fever, dont know what it is, its like collecting trading cards or something.

I never hunter sprites myself, but im on a quest to get all Ml boss trophies and so far i got Cetus <very cool>, Runihura <looks like a dead turtle>, Ammut <not thta special> and Mantikoras <pretty cool>, so slowly getting there

When housing came live, I expected to have alot fun decorating our home and getting some trophies..
When we started decorating (Moriad is uber at that), we hit the house item cap after TWO ROOMS! It was really really disappointing and kinda took interest out of it ..........
Well, we decorated best we could and hunted few trophies too.

My tip is that go hunt in Alb and Hib frontiers for the many trophy mobs that can be found there, some of them are cool and they're bit less common atleast than the easy Midgard mobs.

hehe a very good tip and its the only way you can get the 2 warthog mobs (1 large and 1 smaller) and also the huge badger (hard to get as its in emain - i got ganked sooo many times gettin that one) and the Huge Lion. They do look very impressive when you get all 3 sizes of lion and badger next to each other

The pixies drop just fine. I have walls and walls full of them.

You just have to go hunt them BEFORE you are 50, as the 4 pixie mobs vary in level, and the green and white ones spawn grey almost always. (To a level 50). They drop the color remains they are. ^_^

Go look in house 1601 and admire my collection.
