Tri-specced cabalist and MoF

I forgot if it was MoF 2 or 3 that's needed with a tri-specced cabby? atm I got MoF 2 and enough rsp to get MoF3 but I don't know if I should go for it cuz my spells don't seem to be resisted often anymore (the low lvl ones I mean, like the lvl 25 NS and the 30% body debuff).
Got purge 2, dex 3, acuity 2, wp 2, mom1, mof 2 at the moment. And 6 rsp to spend.

MoF3 will cap your debuff and help your NS. I've tried and it makes a difference, the difference for lvl25 NS is most noticable. But at rr6 I think there are better RA:s to take for 6 rsp. At rr8 i'll probably spec it though.

MoF2 is enough imo. Go for moc so you can spam disease, aoedot instead!
