I remember this sort of thing happening on our street.

Some bloke decides instead of paying a company to do his drive he decides to get one of these diggers out and try it himself.

After 1 month the drive still looked like a shit hole even though he was in the digger 4 hours a day.

In the end he ended up getting a local company to come do the drive for him :lol:

10 tonne of hardcore is now down, just got to grade it which is impossible in this weather. I need the ground to dry before I can do much else.

Stu is coming round on Saturday though so that should get it close to ready to accept the golden gravel, then it will be time for the retaining wall type things.

My digger has gone back now

I do have a monster vibrating roller though!!!
