I'm planning on going to the F1 in Melbourne, in March next year. My problem is that I don't really know anyone with enough time and money to join me. Does anyone here a) want to go or b) know someone who might be interested in going?

Will probably a fortnight. As for being stuck with someone you don't know, that's why I'm doing this via people I know (at least vaguely) here and other similar places. The whole point is I don't know this person, else I'd already be going with them.

Minimum of two weeks to include the weekend of the 15,16,17 March in Melbourne, don't really care where I spend the rest of the time, as long as it's sweet as fuck. I've got very few restrictions on my time, so flexible on times.

meh, the single school holiday I can make use of does not fit those dates. pity, I'd have liked to mess about the south east corner of OZ. for pretties, there's the great ocean road, and a tonne of national parks. also you can do a coastal drive from Melbourne to Sidney. It's only 1200 km.
