Transmission (Bittorrent)

Anyone else use this? Just got it set up on a Netgear ReadyNAS box and was wondering if any of you lot have quick and dirty methods for adding torrents, e.g. auto downloading files from RSS feeds, easier adding than using the web client, etc.
