Traitors Dagger bugged?

I have the traitors dagger and it's lvl 6 atm, the problem I have is the lvl 5 ability it increases your dexterity bonus cap with 5 doesn't seem to work. If I equip the item it only raises my str cap (not even with 5 I think) but doesn't increase the dex cap at all. Does some1 else encountered the same problem?

It only raises the cap, it doesnt igve +5 dex.

So perhaps you just have +75 dex on your SC? ;o

all my stats are capped sort of. Also have ring of krojer which has increase dex cap 5 too and when I wear the ring it does increase the dex on top of my +75 dex on my armor.

as a test I even removed my complete armor to drop the dex and it still doesn't work. And I think it raises your hard cap on stats, since the lvl 1 ability on the dagger says increase of bonus AF cap 10 and my AF increases with 10. I think I'll post to rightnow about the issue then.

With stat caps if your cap is increased by 5 your cap goes up from 75 to 80 but it does not give you the 5 extra DEX you must account for this in your SC. AF bonus is different because you cannot add AF through SCing it automatically gives you that bonus.

The caps on items ie: +5 to Dexerity cap for instance only work if you got max stats.

Fi me scout got 202 dex with SC armour, using the oceanus helm, I get +5 dex cap so my dex jumped to 207 now


And btw, shouldnt this be in under general discussion as opposed to RvR??

Pretty easy to lvl. We do a lot of artifact hunting in TYphon's Reach with our guild and all the mobs there are mostly humanoids and need some money for new armor and best place to do that is where humanoids are ass well.
