Tradeskill respec command?

Quest based, talk to some NPC in camelot (at guild registrar area prob)

Can only change from 'old' trade (tailor/AC/WC/fletch) to SC or alchy tho from what I remember

When alchemy and spellcrafting were added as trades there was an NPC added who would ask you if you wanted to change to one of the new tradeskills... that is the only way to respec to a new tradeskill and it has to be from one of the old ones (fletching weaponcrafting armourcrafting or tailoring) to one of the newer ones. When you respec to the new skill you loose all points in the old one.
