Last episode... just... lol. 10 minutes of actual story, the rest overblown padding.

Overall, about 5/10 for the entire series, and thats only because of the likes of Bill Pullman and John DeLancie. Way, way, way too much tedium padding out the plot.

Shoot the writers, start again :p

I enjoyed it as a whole but a little disappointed in the Bill Pullman story arc, was expecting a bigger role towards the end. Heres to hoping another season is made :)

Finale was awful. It showed a lot of promise, but clearly the writers had no real ending mind and the plOT just went off on a tangent. The Rex bit was pointless.

The rumor is they had to rewrite the original later half of the season and re-shoot lots of scenes because Moffat told them "f*** off, you can't do that story line. It completely contradicts *MY* Doctor Who."

It's fucked Dr Who anyway, Amy and Rory are from that time frame and there's never any mention of all this crap happening on earth.

Torchwood only worked well when it was linked into the Who universe, this attempt to break it away just didn't work, which is a shame.

It doesn't have to happen in their time line though, time has always been fluid in the universe, multiple timelines, the past and the future re-written constantly.

Well that is a shame if true, it did feel as if it went from heading towards a destination to going nowhere, so quite plausible I suppose.
