Who cares! We still get our Clarkson, Captain slow and hamster version, and that's all that matters, and the people abroad in the know will just download the programme fro BT or wait for the mashed up versions on BBC world.

So true.

It isn't worth the licence fee on its own though because lets face it, TG is the only show that BBC make thats worth watching, even MOTD gets on my tits now.

I like TG, hope this series will be good too. Agreed though, MOTD used to be good - now it's fooking irritating, they're starting to make Andy Townsend & co. look good on ITV, which is remarkable as they're a pile of wank too. :(

Hmm.. Is the series going to be shorter than usual? Or has my "constantly watching reruns" screwed me over? This series is only 6 episodes long, isn't it usually longer?

Nope, BBC series for some reason have 6 eps as a standard ( blackadder/etc ) for some types of shows.

Considering the amount of material they film 6 episodes is pretty good.

ON NOW!

I did my cycling proficiency test, 30cm from the curb it said, not swerving all over the road and running red lights trying to be a pedestrian and a vehicle at the same time.

30cm from the kerb is where you'll find the idiots. The more experienced riders will be 60cm from that kerb.

It is already shown on BBC World in just about every country around the world. Problem is they are always 1 or 2 seasons behind.

Here in Dubai they air it 1 season out on a UK TV sat channel.

Downloaded looking forward to watching it tonight.

I think I cracked when May's ice cream van jingle came on. Crying with laughter.

Absolute quality, JC just gets better and better, but James May is still my favourite, haven't seen a dryer sense of humour in many years.

I so dearly love Top Gear.
