Yeah that was like a caricature of himself that didnt quite work I think. Still The Smiths done some great stuff . At the time Im afraid I pretty much only listened to records by Crass/Conflict/Poison Girls etc, which shows how much Ive changed now I suppose

The Smiths absolutely rule, I bought about 5 of their albums from Amazon the other week purely because I liked a few songs I'd heard on 'The Very Best Of'... don't regret it one bit
