Download Powerstrip.

I used to have this problem because my monitor's brightness just won't go higher, and the Geforce settings helped f-all aswell.

This nifty program you can bind Gamma increase/decrease buttons to your keyboard and increase your brightness to whatever level you like while playing :)

I had the same problem with darkness on my pc. Got powerstrip...works fantastic. All i need to do is click on it..and go to my saved setting for increased gamma and, Ping..its like daylight. Really helps when i use my scout...i can see a lot more into the distance now than ever before. So..if you have darkness problems (their music isnt too bad though (o: ) ..get powerstrip. :D

If you have any sort of glare from an open window in daylight - travelling under water at night is not advised ! cannot see sh** !
