When i was playing my mates ns, and was watching her play with a group of albs with no minstrel in crim valley.
She managed to kite them to crim and mezz them just on the hill at the bottom corner, i nuked the caby pet and ran into crim guards, aggroing them onto the albs and between us we killed them all

Maybe spread on 10 different chars, but money cap is as said above 149p 999g 99s 99c.
Some US guild found out on their guild bank char.
Its said that it was capped to prevent the cash duplicating bug that waspossible on the us live servers for 2 days or so several months back.
Mythic probably forgot to change it back after they fixed the cash exploit

Tomatera and me like to go to kill lost ppl from apk to amg or mpk to mmg etc , we always travel by twisting teh songs but sometimes we have to stop to get some endurance because you lose some sometimes.
Btw she only uses experience to twist not other things
