Help Tocco PC Sync Error

I have tried Syncing my Tocco to my PC for the first time and I get the following error on the phone

PIK Error
Network Failed

I am trying to Sync via USB and I am using upto Date XP and Outlook 2007

Anyone else had this error? Ive tried seacrhing the net but no real help

Just phoned Samsung up regarding this, I basically have to send my phone back to have its software updated
