So like...

"Right, you know that dried up prune you have between your legs? Yeah. Remember what someone used to do with it? Yeap. F*ck. Now, keep that old bathole of yours in mind for a moment. You know how hot females turn men on? Just strutting their stuff, looking absolutely smoking. And not all of them are stupid either, turns us even more on! Now guess what's the absolute sub-f*cking-zero opposite of that? Better turn those thumbs towards you babe as you're our lucky winner. So if you take your dried up poon that is in serious need of a spelunking team and quite a few powertools and the fact that you couldn't turn on a round-a-bout, what do you get? Ding ding ding! F*ck off!"

In a nutshell?

No i don't have too much time on my hands :p

i love in the paper the figure state that £50million is what it costs the NHS due to people smoking but the government get £11billion from people buying smokes

Now im no mathematician but surely £50m is worth paying out for to get £11b back

I was once told to stop smoking when I was stood 100s of yards from anybody up a mountain. A woman skied over to me to tell me stop. I particularly enjoyed telling her how to fuck off in great detail.

Haha Win

One thing I have always wondered is why it is so accepted for smokers to throw trash on the ground?

I smoke but tbh i hate walking into a room that someone has been smoking in. If you wanna smoke do so but outside and not right next to the doors of the building /pub ffs.

As for banning the adverts in shops and making the packets plain good. The more pressure they put on people, useful or not, the better. Though i prefer the idea of sticking pictures of lung cancer sufferers fucked up lungs on them. Far better.

It is the one thing in my life that i truly regret ever touching and if i could turn back the clock.. I ahve tried to quit it loads of times but i always seem to be back on it again.

Just because you regret it and lack the willpower to do anything about it(like...not smoke, it's really that simple), doesn't mean you should impose your thoughts on everyone.

Choose what you do for yourself, not for others.

To be really honest, even if do mind nonsmokers preachng about stopping, i dislike ex-smokers preaching even more as they suddenly think they're special for quitting.

Doesn't work. They do that in Thailand and I noticed that all everyone does is lay their lighter over the picture; didn't stop anyone smoking at all.

If it was as easy as you make it out to be, then it wouldnt be called addictive now would it?

I smoke but i couldnt careless what else is done to try and stop people from smoking and i sure as hell aint gonna complain when forced to do things that i might consider on my personal freedoms, when it clearly has an effect on other peoples lives.

I tell you what gets up my nose; lazy fucking bums that dont wanna work, spend all their lives posting shyte all over forums, expressing strong opinions on every subject, spending pretty much their entire adult lives sponging off the state :p

Dagaffer, i am pretty sure it would not stop me smoking and probably wont stop anyone that is already smoking.

I always remember two of my best mates from school - both smokers - who started Med school in London.

They both quit smoking the day they saw the differences between a heallthy set of lungs and unhealthy (smokers) ones - in pictures and from cadavers.

I am pretty sure it would stop some people from smoking.

It is as easy. Just don't smoke. Everythings addictive really.

If you lack the willpower to do so, then you do. Grow a spine and don't light up if it's bothering you so much, but fek off with your preaching.

Do tell when you see one of those sponges you talk about.

I will post on forums as it's what they are for and f i have an opinion on a matter, no spineless whiner will stop me. I've worked most of my adult life mind you and continue to do so.

Only one preaching here is you Thot mate, and thats the gospels truth.

You saying all smokers are spineless basically, there is no comeback form that sorry you lose thats it game over end of the road final stop etc ;)

Back on topic personally i agree with the smoking outside thing for the workers health and i well prefer smoking outside but its getting abit silly now

I am glad of the smoking ban in pubs and whatnot, I was pissed off at the time but now I actually prefer it, I smoke a lot less when I am out and I don't stink like an ashtray when I get home.

I'm not saying all smokers are spineless, i'm saying anyone who whines about "uuh i should've never started" then doesn't just quit, IS.

If it's preaching, fine, but i don't really like that kind of bullsh*t going about, where the blame of addiction is taken away from the person.

You started it, you fix it, it's not a decease and you're NOT special if you quit something you brought on yourself.

The ashtray thing was always a non issue, doubt i met one person who actually did/complained outside an extreme example, but i do agree that the ban in pubs was a rather nice thing.

Meet more people, get a break from the place etc.

But yeah...umm...in the name of a limited argument length and sanity of some individuals, think the previous line of arguing can stop and we can just agree to be wankers :p

Pubs / businesses are responsible for the litter created by their business. That includes smokers outside their premises.

And no; don't let people smoke inside. If people want to smoke that's their choice, they shouldn't inflict the nasty stink on those that don't.

Most good bars have an inside smoking area anyway, which is alright unless it's packed.

Finland is rather trash concious, so there's plenty of ashtrays outside, not a real problem.

Heated outdoor smoking area behind the pub, people smoking outside the front of a pub looks stupid anyway, tbh 1000's of pubs installing this stuff created alot of jobs in Ireland

Never noticed odours in pubs in Sweden, guess we know how to clean ourselves :p But so nice since the smoking ban inside, now you only wake up hungover and dont have to deal with the clothes, the throat and the nose. And you can actually enjoy your dinner without someone puffing away behind you. Sure i can have a smoke sometimes, but usually a cigar on my balcony with a nice sherry or a nice brandy.

...this is a bit sick and I was debating over whether to tell you guys or not but what the hell!

Is it just me or do those photographs of desiesed (god is that even the right spelling?) lungs on tobacco packets make anyone else really hungry?

lol I know right? It's minging but they really do make me want to eat either spare ribs or steak and kidney pie or something lol...I disgust even myself!

Anyway, stopping advertising will not stop people from buying it, I mean no one advertises crack and hookers and people still buy plenty of them...and tbh I cannot ever recall seeing an advertisement for coat hangers but I've brought them in my time I can tell you!!

Makes me think of pork scratchings. The good ones where they shave the pig first.
