ToA indirect Caster boost?

Hard to say, there's many factors.. Here's a few:

Makes caster's state better:
- +cast speed/dmg% increases dps a lot
- slight interrupt fix in 1.68
- bodyguard
- crocodile/wolf morph can be, seriously.. devastating on caster

Makes caster's state worse:
- crappy ml's
- they die even faster now due to tank's dmg/style dmg/speed% bonuses

Can't say whether toa is a caster boost or not yet but it will probably come clear when i get to try rvr again.
