You and Morkret vanished after killing people to escape, or to clear guard aggro and the cabalist pet that was often after you. You can't attack after you vanish for a while. Practice it on some mobs.

Let it go for God's sake.

Try coming back alone when you are four-shot (or was it three?) by a RR1 Savage instead of bringing your Minstrel friend.

According to VoS, all classes can use Harpy Feather Cloak; only classes that have access to Parry will get full use out of it, however. I assume this means that all classes also can use the Disarm offensive proc, though I haven't tested this myself. It might very well be the explanation to the above situation (Harpy Feather Cloak is quite distinctive, but it is also possible to swap it in and out just for the proc and then use, say, SoM the rest of the time).

lol... you cant melee for 30 seconds after vanishing. learn what ra's do before you buy them, or even use them.
