This isn't intended as a flame, it is actually a genuine question, as no matter how much i love the game (for all its bugs and niggles) i physically get back ache, finger ache and a headache from staring at the monitor for so long, but you guys seem to have a higher purpose. An agenda known only to the l33t? :p

Would be nice to get a reply from one of Nolby, just because you guys seem to be touring the world with new accounts on new servers all over the shop - HOW DO YOU EVEN AFFORD THAT? :lol:

yeah i know, just sounded a tad funny, sorry about that, incase I have offended you deeply, please leave me a name and some adress and I will immediately tell my shrink to take contact with you as soon as possible to limit the damage done to a minimum. I cant do more than that ;)
By the way, my shrink is an excellent fella, he actually made all flying lemons go away for me, they are very dangerous you know ^^

I couldnt be arsed to read all of this thread so im referring to the first post.

What else is there to do after you reach level 50. Sure you can go around bashing a few more monsters and stuff or you could roll an alt and do it all over again. And HDS being a RP whore guild :D . HDS has that many realm points because it has been in DAoC since the begining. It would look pretty strange if a guild as big as HDS had 1 million rps after being around for a year and a half wouldnt it.

He just makes his conclusions and attitude towards a guild based on the total amount of rps they have.

HDS aren't an RvR guild, we are just lucky to have had alot of dedicated players in the past year and a bit, ones who play the game, understand it, work good together and know how to have fun.

We do ALOT more PvE than we do RvR, organise raids (the last 2 dragon raids were organised by HDS members), I organise alot of SI raids and drag HDS members along, and you will probably find that any public raid in Hib has alot of HDS on it.

So you want to know what aim HDS have in the game? Currently my peronal one is taking down Olcasgean, that's what I'm working towards. HDS as a guild are doing what we feel like: if we feel like taking a keep, we will. If we feel like running 1fg, 2fg, or 3fg in Emain, we will. If we feel like killing the Princes and High Lords in DF, we will. And if we feel like rolling 8 Shades and powerlevelling them to 24 and going for a romp in Thid, we will.

HDS are, and always have been, there to have fun as a guild, and as part of Hib, no matter what.

And as Bone said, it would look a bit poor if a guild which is as large as HDS is (and I mean constantly large, we had up to 200 members (characters) a few times) had a low RP total.

We're running a bit low on GBPs though, having Hlid at level 10 yesterday took us below 300k :(

Hmm, templars have some high RR people also, why not just ask them, instead of being aggressive on the boards?

All that happens is that you get all RPers a bad name for being small-minded drama queens ... hmm, on second thoughts, forget I said that :)
