Fatbelly and other hunters did really well in old days, and compared to other
archers since then, hunters have improved. Personally i think hunters are nice chars atm, but its ofc a matter of playingstyle.

The changes i describe is not just affecting archers, it will affect assasins too. It means that if you as a stealther want to solo like before you need very high base stealth.

Formular for range between non stealther and stealther is this :

125 + (enemy level-your modified stealth with SL active)*20.

35 base stealth against 35 SL item at rr5(50) = 825 range
50 base stealth against 35 SL item at rr5(65) = 525 range

Speccing 50 stealth will gimp most stealthers, and question is if assasins,
who need to get close to enemies and roads can play at all.

Since SL lowers your stealth it works with assasins see hidden and advanced
detection too, which means an assasin can get close to cliprange detection
on archers and minstrels if he use a SL item.

How much do an assasin need to sacrifice in melee to get 525 range cover
at best, and is it still playabel after ?

I shouldnt be telling you this, since i suspect you will grief play with it, but there is a new command /groundset 'range', which allows you to shot at different range until you find the BB's.
