But atleast u had a good chance to stop the raids if u only spotted us.

So dont think its a HUGE diffrence between raiding a time where only those ppl are online normally then set a time to get ppl stay up late or go up earlier so u outnumber the others alot so they dont have a big chance to defend at all.

But like i said its a good tactic to attack a time when the other realm are mostly offline.

But boring that a realm dont have a chance even to stop a raid even if they are spotted.

Whats the chance of getting spotted at 4am? Very slim Id say. Cut the crap of "spontanious raids". Theyre raids anyways. doesnt change a bit when you do it.

I bet theres tons of people who are at home who aren't allowed to raid at 4-5am by their parents. Theres definitly tons of people of people who are unable to raid at 4-5am because they have job/school.

Can you use either of those arguments for 9am on a weekend?

Well done albs About time. Your right Its no surprise. The tactics were sound too.
I don't think you will have the power ones soon. Same trend is happening again with the hibs that happened with you. They are starting to mass huge numbers in emain.
BTW special thanks to those with dual accounts who have agreed to use their albs to complete any untaken keeps by the tinnies .Saves repairing doors. :) Just need to know if we have any mids with hibs accounts as well.
Also you may like to know the Mids are a bit glum atm. Outnumbered in emain, lost all our relics. The last two weeks havent been our best.
So just to cheer you up. As suggested the albs best stay awake over the next few weeks. Its been a while since I laughed at the primetime whine :rolleyes:
Can't resist this but your casters really suck. If you dont believe me read your own posts. 20% wont make a difference. Better you keep them than the hibs. So please look after them dearly.

I was saying that its ok to raid at any time you like day or night. Of course more people are awake than at 4 am, but being awake doesnt equal playing the game which some of you assume (that's kinda sad really). Are there more people on at 9 am than 4 am, yes. Are there more people on at 11 am than 9 am, yes. and so on. Some albs that post here seem to have a sliding scale that says that somewhere between 7 and 8 am in the morning it suddenly becomes ok to raid. 4 am is cowardly but 9 am is perfectly ok, that's what annoyes me. The purpose on both is to do it at a time where there are not alot of ppl online. I cant see myself setting my alarmclock so i can play a game but others do. You must have alot of very dedicated players in alb.

Our tactics may need tuning but chat went like this in the OLD days. "Hmm nothing much happening in emain" . What shall we do (bear in mind most these ppl were past exping" Take a relic. Lets look see how many level 50's online. Blej then PM's ppl once 35 ppl are gathered rams were stocked and off we trotted.

That is spontaneous. Spontaneous and non-primetime does not contradict itself.


HELPPPPPP Solid please rescue me I got dragged into commenting. Please believe me it was about stupid posters and not primetime.

Sure you can but use it wisely. I'm talking about your casters.
I havent seen anyone go. "Damn them Albion casters are just so overpowered" Have you ;) I did see it with Minstrels but they just got a nerf and rightly so.

I know this is coincidence but I also posted that once see hidden was here Alb would be a better RvR side as the soloing minstrels will have to work with there realmmates rather than farm. I dont see many farming anymore and lots in the packs. As I said coincidence but this is one nerf that benefitted your realm.

"See Hidden" doesn't just apply to minstrels ... Minstrels are actually one of the few truly balanced classes in the game. Probably everyone who plays in each realm thinks their realm is underpowered and the others overpowered, but Albion does seem to have a number of classes who are a bit on the underpowered side (cabalists, paladins, even scouts sadly, and as you say even our primary magic classes).

When I first bought the game I thought Midgard would be the land of Melee, Hibernia the land of magic and Albion a balanced mix of the two excelling in neither. Didn't quite work out that way though did it Mythic... ? :p

The ability of the caster isnt based solely on the amount of damage per nuke.My albion theu with the 20% relic bonus damage has 6 second pbt ,damages 50 lvl tank with 25% resist to cold for 300 dmg, has aoe root aoe mezz earth and haste buffs,earth and ice pets decent speed buff.Certainly not gimped to me and very fun to play because of versatile play.
