these boards are for whines and useless/funny posts imo. if someone posts blatant spam then delete their posts/reset post count. also deleting posts of blatant harsh personal attacks for no reason. cant see any other reason for modding, and especially closing threads. closing is just laziness.

but you get people like Flim who feel strongly that the order of the board needs to be kept just to his liking. not like we're gonna change that, even tho in my opinoin its the wrong way to have these boards.

The dejavu was more to do with the same people posting it

I lock threads that either get reported to me or that I see whilst browsing that are pure spam/whine etc. or are duplicates of some other post being discussed.

Seems hard nowadays to keep threads clean of bullshit. Blame the posters, not the people trying to keep forums at least SLIGHTLY decent.
