Did u had anyone in stealth outside repairing the outer door when we were on the second?
It was weird to see the outer door close when we just bashed it with a ram...and we were busy on the second.

Can some of you explain how you managed to repair it?

Ok thnx yog.
I almost think people repaired it from inside..which would be a shame imo.
It was such a nice siege....anyone else got ideas how they managed to repair it?

since nobody explains this, lets call it "The Midgard way"

think we all guess what is happening there when they close outer door from inside.... shame

Mids all claim that it is tactics, and not a cheat, cause Mythic have not yet fixed it. I guess the LoS lack of the enchanter pet is also a tactic, and not a cheat, etc....
Nice thing is, if Albion gets a pet that does not need LoS, Necromancer, they fix it right away. Really, Mythic is out to gimp Albion as much as possible... Mythic are treehuggers :)
Regards, Glottis

PS. Mids claim cause with aoe spells on the doors, the repairer gets hit, so it is not a cheat... So I guess we have to aoe the doors nonstop.. have 1 fg bashing the outer door, and the rest on the inner door, and that might work :p

Out of interest, you can indeed repair the outside door of a keep from inside. All you need is carefull use of F7 and /repair and standing in the right place. I tried this out on bled after a raid had been defeated.

However, you cannot close the front door of the keep without standing next to it and clicking on it. This means that the door has to be repaired and then a steather sent out to close the door. So you must have missed somebody :)

I think it sucks as a tactic, and is only there because mythics seem generally incapable of doing LOS calculations :( but as said before, the mids all claims its a tactic because mythic say it's not a cheat. I think in that case I would do it to the mids at the very least ;) I wish mythic would just fix the bug, give repairing LOS and be done with it - being able to repair doors and close them behind the enemy during a raid is just plain stupid!

We've done some ace repairs, specifically at bled, large number of Mids attacking, Albs repairing big style inside on 2nd door.

40mins into siege mids retrain to gather strenght for next push, albs dive out and repair door the legit way, mids reattack and they are back to 2doors again.

Was some of the best fun I have had for ages, just glad I got into a group with casters and mezzers and scouts :)

I was getting very bored repairing doors for 2 hrs.
