found out myself now that herald is bit wrong but tests i did was close to what i thought and that's why i also thought cap was 2.0 secs

Now...
310 dex and Mastery of art 3 on a 2.6sec(base speed) heat dd for example
will give you a casting time of 1.768secs

So yes, i admit, it's possible to go under those 2.0 secs if you got very high dex and high moa
(but it's hard to test myself cause with a chronometer and playing at same time could have missed a few millisecs )

Well if you state that you have tried it and still belve the herald I concluded that you lied about having tried it

Just tried once so its not 100% accurate and should proably be tested more.. but if anyone still thinks 2 secs is the cap then ....

yellow dex+qui buff + yellow base, 308 dex
Mota
outside dl just now.
24 debuffs in 30 seconds.
maybe break 1sec cast time with Mota 3?

I've tried it and it's below 2.0 seconds. The herald lies, there's no casting cap.

has anyone tested the melee cap then?
