If I were a NS, I'd be happy with any group I could get... grouping is what makes this game for me ( ; NS's are pretty much solo from lvl 1 - 50 anyway, give em a break ( ;

I love stealth groups.

The Sbs/hunters zerg up.

We get a bigger stealth zerg.

try solo, if it does not work, team up & save yourself from the same ol barrywhines.

The reason why I'm whining is that after a while it really starts to get to you being killed by <groups> of NS's or Infils, I haven't met a solo assassin in odin's god know when last time. For me soloing is just about the only option, being a thane, people laugh if you try to get a group in emain for example.

The few times I went out solo and ran into grouped people (mostly stealthers), about 25% of the time they let one of them step forward to fight me while the others watched. When IG runs with a fg through Odin's and we run into a soloer, we usually (not always) do the same. But with the amount of people we have on Excalibur and the amount of stealthers running around (especially archers, since last patch), I think you can't really expect to run into soloers much.

FYI Jorma is in DA and has been soloing for ages, he may not be all the time, but that is his decision to make, not yours.

If he wants to reply to this thread I am sure he will.

My NS recently achieved 50 and I have grpd with him a few times since then, for the simple reason that, as with all char types, u need to learn how to play them in RvR. He has been a good teacher imo and u will see me soloing around :)

However, imo there is nothing worse than having to solo because u cant get an RvR grp, since most NS's just spent 50 levels getting the same reply from xp grps.

Oh, and also its very hard to find any soloers from the other realms to fight, therefore ns's/rangers need to group in order to fight these 'enemy' groups.

The above is only my opinion so flame on if you feel like it, personally I dont care, I am not in the business of telling other chars/people how they should play this game.

Highly doubt that. More like most current NS spend 50 levels in group with their 50 mana-chanter. Just like a lot of current infils have with their necro, caba, etc.

Just to be clear, I xp'd my way to 50, and i dont have a 2nd account. But, if some Druid at Odins HPK or wherever offers me buffs i'm not gonna turn em down :p

Translation: Im a shadow of a man after leveling a stealther to 50, and I constantly bug owners of buffbots for enhancement. I may or may not have a list of people who own buff bots.

Cause you know, when sitting in the same room, playin two stealthers, it's too fun to group not to do it.

But yes, we still solo, like when one of us isn't home, making food, just died or ld:d.

Just fyi Jorma and Hirein are lovers so they more often than not lpay at the same time, especially on holiday seasons ofc. As both of them are good in-game friends I enjoy grouping with them a lot also.

Have to understand that Jorma and Hirein wants to group though hun.

It's also worth pointing out that Jorma and Hirein are a couple of the nicest people playing this game that I've met. I've been owned plenty of times by groups of SBs with a hunter on standby, or more often mincers infils and scouts. Of course most of the time I'm solo I'm looking to suicide somewhere so it doesn't bother me too much....

It suits them to group, that's how they prefer to play and if that saves them a long run back to Svasud or whatever every time they get TSed then more power to them.

Even though my NS have the name Jorma I am not finnish. Actually I am from Sweden. So I can´t confirm that it´s really a accurate translation, but I´ll take your word for it.:)

My friend`s nick was forced to redo after someone had reported him to GOA - his nick was IsoJorma which means BigJorma and Jorma is man`s name in Finland... wondering what policy they are using here - no offense to you personally at all but a bit suprised...

Jorma means something entirely different too, though still the word is attached to males...

And yeah, killrake's translation is very accurate.
