Heya mate,

We keep meeting eachother again on Prydwen m8 :)
You're one mean interrupt machine :p

Always nice to see a big angry Troll storming up to me and seeing:

Grivne attacks you with his hammer!
The blow is absorbed by a magical barrier!

I am getting closer to RR5 Raven Ardent with my druid, gave up on Excal for abit, too much zergs , not enough fun with theurg/friar anymore, and Druid still is fun ;)

Talk to ya later mate (couldnt reach you on IRC :S)

I heard about the 3fg hibs with 8 bards yesterday in Odins...

So nice to get steamrolled when you're running 1fg.

Zerged by Hibbies from Prydwen. You should be glad that Hibs came out imo ;)

That 'zerg of 3fg' is probably the end-result of getting zerged 3 times in a row by a bigger then 3fg zerg of both enemy-realms.

We kicked Mid-fg off Svea Ulfar 3 times in an hour fg vs. fg fight. Ask them if my fg zerged them down. They just got beaten by us in a straight fight.

We kicked 16 Albs close to Nott with 6 (!) Hibs early in the evening. We couldn't even get a fg at that hour. Those Albs had quite a few Angels of Darkness members in it, and from what I understand they run quite often in more then fg due to balancing-issues in their guild (I can even understand that btw).

Dont give me crap about Hibs-zerging, we got zerged by Mids and Albs on numerous occassions, while we where running 1fg. for 90% of the time.

EDIT:
BTW from what I understand you've met 'Severance'. A Hib-guild running 2fg quite often, for the same reasons as Alb Angels of Darkness. We ported a few times together with them and passing HMG together but we didn't deliberately 'zerg' together. But if you camp HMG you're bound to meet a zerg after a port in a while.

Think I need to clear this up.
Severance atm got 2fg who rvr everyday. We usually run separate and in different zones but are able to call each other if we are getting zerged.
What happened last night was that my grp on the first run ported to Odins and got steamrolled by 2fg Mids at hmg. We called on the other grp so we would be able to clear hmg and have some fun. 1 of the mid grps hmg was SU and as we might have guessed there had been no intentions from SU to run as 2fg. But our second grp had ported and both grp's stayed Odins for a while trying to run separated as 1fg.
My grp later suicided and went Emain. After that we had reports of 3fg of mids in Odins...guess you got tired of us :)

It's true that Severance sometimes run as 2fg when we go Emain. That however only happens if we get reports of mid/alb zerg there. Severance rarely go Emain anyway so that should not be much of a problem.

Btw Puppetmistress where did you get the info that we "quite often" run as 2fg???

Only because we decided that we would not be like most of the other rvr guilds and only invite enough people to fill 1fg does not mean that we quite often run as 2fg.
Severance grps are meant to run as 1fg and I think most mids and albs that we have fought against so far can confirm that we usually do not add. :)

Sorry if it felt like a zerg but nice to know that it felt like 8 bards.
As I said there was 2 fg Severance in Odins + others that I don’t really know about. Severance are running with 1 bard in each grp and most encounters was 1fg + 1fg at first with hib add a lot of times, later on in the fight(sorry about that) :/. But it must mean that our bards are doing very well :)

Ohh look I’m a bard ;D

Just to let everyone who wants to cry about last night know, there will be 1fg Severance in Odins and 1fg Severance in HW tonight. Should give you a chance to come pwn us, and feel all good about yourself again :)

Because I saw you guys quite often together running around in all frontiers ;)

Not something 'from what I heard' but more from what I've seen in my own (limited) experience on Hib/Pryd :)

Wasn't an insult or something, btw :)

And I cannot pwn you, I play for the same team as you guys ;)

Givf fg vs fg duels then... (or 2fgs vs 2fgs whatever)

Apologies if we felt like a zerg last night that was not our intention...

However, agreeing with what Puppy said - if you camp hmg/amg you're going to meet a zerg as the groups are unlikely to separate between the pk and the mg as there is nowhere else to go.

Looking forward to getting pwned tonight :)

Im not one to whine about zergs, because they allways will happen wether i like it or not, but i have seen Severance myself out in 2fg quite a few times, i understand if its to counter a zerg, but try to split up after. And honestly you dont need 2fg on prydwen 90% of the time, its usualy pretty zerg clear.

Did not take it as an insult mate.

I'd just like to echo what other Severant's have said here. We try not to run as 2fg's in the same Frontier.

The whole idea in setting Severance up was to run as 1fg - it's the most fun, it's the most organised, it's the way you learn to fight well in a regular group, it's the best fights against other 1fg's.

The 2nd group have been forming for over a number of weeks now and it is just a natural expansion of a Guild.

Before setting out every night we always ask where the other group is heading so we don't end up in the same place.

Historically, a full group of RvRers in Hib get quite frustrated when there is an obvious 2fg enemy in a realm and another group refuses to help them go and even out the fight as they don't want to be seen to be running in a "zerg". The nice thing about Severance now is that one group can call on the other group for assistance/2fg fight (which can be as good as 1fg fights) when required. Which is probably what happened last night and the nights that people may have seen us running as 2fg's.

So if you don't want to see us in 2fg's then bring more 1fg's to HW/Odins - you'll usually find Severance out and about up for a good 1fg vs 1fg fight.

Emain is a different issue of course ;)
