To Goa support team

I do a /bow and a /apology to Goa support team and with this taking back all evul curses and bad words I have said about you

Took them about 10 hours to contact me and unstuck me char. That is good service I say. As they must do all such things manual. But, I still think their supportprogram Getright is a bit uneasy to understand.

Wonder if they can fix my monitor aswell wich accidently "broke" due to some pointless violence from me side as I was rather frustrated... Lucky I did have a spare one

Anyways, cheers Goa. Guess you don't get much of that in this neighberhood

unstucking characters is the only thing the retards over at GOA are capable of doing.
All other issues are either left unanswered or given the usual "sorry we are not able to help you with this issue" bullsh*t.

On US servers you type "/appeal im stuck" ingame and within 15 minutes a CSR contacts you and unstucks your char, and they are there, 24/7, thats what i call service.

my cleric was once stuck under cammy, reported right away, but took a few days before it got fixed.

anyway, that was a long time ago and i was happy once she got out, I'm actually embaressed to say i never said "thank you"

I heard that unstucking a Char could take up to 3 days. So 10 hours are real good compared to 3 days.
