im a lv50 blademaster and i was wondering how i would fare against a merc, rules would be a 1 on 1 fight to the death, no buffs.Only thing you can use is IP/TRI/Dirty tricks/FA . If you are interested pls reply

I've beaten my fair share of zerkers, but then I've been owned by them too. Alot depends on how lucky they get with the crits and wether my dirt gets resisted or not. Always a painful fight tho!

BM's I'm not sure of tbh, don't notice one hitting u quite as easily as a 10ft rat. Dunno why most of them tend to go Celt, woulda thought Firbolg was a better choice myself. Soon find out I spose

Hmm IP > not IP

otherwise... dirt > tw/zerk when it's up and not resisted

however it's 30m and it gets resisted therefore dirt < the other two

in duels it's evil...

For duels I'd put
1.50 mercs=zerks>blademasters
1.52 mercs>zerks=blademasters

for actual RvR
1.50 zerks>mercs=blademasters
1.52 zerks=mercs=blademasters

this is all from hearsay btw and not from any methodological testing or whatever...

Just curious, but on what do you base that Fin? Armor table changes presumably, but since all 3 of em can have all 3 damage types (well.... not zerkers, but still slash/crush)
Can you explainificate?

He should never have agreed to duel without gerbil-mode. gerbil-mode>>>>>>>>tripleweild. a zerker isnt a zerker if he cant zerk.. (i got a lowbie zerk on pryd btw, good fun, but i cba lvling another pure melee char, even for bgs)

Btw Konah what evade do mercs get now? On catacombs it's still written as evade I but I can't believe that.
