Umm today i went to Emain soon because im ill in house. At 11 Am CET Mids were camping Emain Amg. The Amg Picnic was long and boring today (at 18 they still there). If you go to Hadrians you find Mids, if you go to Odin`s you find more mids.

Do u know how many active levels 45-50 mids have? Seems that things have changed and they outnumber albs now.

Can u help me wit this Alrindel?

only i am allowed to process requests for alrindel, and at a standard charge of 10g, or 500rp per request.

Judging by the face off's at AMG there are still a greater number of albs.

Since the opening of the Excalibur server, Midgard has always been "top heavy" - that is the overall population has been lower than Albion's, just a little bit more than Hibernia, but with about the same number of high level characters. Someone else already posted the numbers here.

But it has been mostly evident this last couple of weeks because for some reason a lot of high level Midgard players who had not been playing DAoC for a while have come back and started playing a lot, notably from the Nolby Pride guild (take a look at who earned the most Realm Points in the past seven days). Warming up for the upcoming introduction of the new PvP server?

There is also a "snow Ball" effect to consider here.

If one realm is pre-dominant in emain one night, it will attract more players from that realm, and deterr (sp) players from the other two realms from going to emain (bah the xxxx -zerg is on!"

Since we are using NP as an example, the fact that they have had 2 (1½) fgs going everynight, have inspired others, and broken dead locks at amg/mmg that would have sent other mids home to exp after the first port.

I, as a Mid, see this as a positive change. :D

Plus you forgot to say Albions always run away from zerging Midgards, there are only a few who say to try and kill the odd 1 or 2... the only time us Albions get a chance to rule Emain is when Hibs and Mids are fighting each other and we rush in and clean up the left overs.... but there are sometimes when we can take over Emain if we have the players..

Albions problem is 25% to 30% of the people that go into Emain are under lvl 40 and die faster and have no real chance of doing any damage.. but with more and more people leveling above level 40 we stand a better chance of Zerging the mids back to the tk..

as somoene said the stand off today was long i know i was there.
When i arrived Midgards zerged us and killed 75% of the Albions there.. i went back a second time after releaseing and they rushed us a second time, but this only a few people died as we knew they were going to dothe same thing again...
Then the Midgards left and the Hiberians showed up and pushed us back to are tk... then more Albions arrived and it was fireballs here and there and void bolts here and there and mezzing here and there and AOE Spells and Arrows coming from all over the place... but after iwould say an hour or more... some Midgards arrived and took the Hiberian by surprise and we ran out and killed the left overs... we finally has amg... after 5 mins a long force of Hiberians arrived, but they never stood a chance as all are casters has total view of what was coming and we won =)
Something happened after that.. all i know i was killed a hib.. but i had all the fun i needed for 1 night and released =)

Nice fighting Hiberians
Would have went on longer if the Midgards never took them from behind... ewww that a horrid thought a Troll taking a Lurikeen from behind the pain the blood hehe

Shazzy, well i anjoy fighting albs aswell, they are fair...i hate fighting middies. why can`t middies stay at home and albs and hibbies could have fun???
