so i tryd reinstall the OS but get blue screen everytime i try reinstall...i have tryd remove my Rams and check them spot after spot to check if they work right...they did...my hdds i put in my 2:nd comp and did a diskdrive check with all progs i had...all working 100%,try remove the cables 1 by 1 and try...moved around my pci cards and tryd... (cant move my GFX cad since i only have 1 pci-e slot in comp) tryd set settings to factory and tryd...still blue screen!

my comp is Intel 3 ghz 1.5 gb ram 533 mh ddr2 memory GF 6600GT 128 mb ddr2 gfx card and the rest...the motherboard is MSI platium edition (bout a upgrade kit)

so what can be wrong when i get blue screen all the time during install of OS?

those 0x???????? numbers are exactly the important bit...

also, don't move cards around, but remove 'em fully safe for the basics.
Try to install with 1 HD, 1 optical, 1 memcard and GFX card installed. If that doesn't work, try a different Harddrive, and the other memcard, different optical, you get the idea. Just the bare necessities.

Is it an original copy of windows if not try another (if you have not already)
Also worth trying a different keyboard/mouse had a problem similar to this once and it turned out to be a dodgy keyboard no idea why it should cause an error like that but it did.

At what point in the install does it blue screen?
is it allways the same point or random?

i had this problem a couple of years ago and it turned out to be a stick of ram that was broken.

Download memtest and run it, if it gives error run 1 stick at a time. If it does not give any errors, still try to install with 1 stick, if it fails, try with the other, if it still fails its possibly the mainboard.

Yes memtest86 has 2 versions. One for a bootable CD and one for a floppy disk.

Take the floppy disk.

Its worth memtioning, sometimes it will report your memory is producing an error, which 95% of the time is accurate. But sometimes its the slot on the motherboard which is faulty, not the memory stick. Just bear that in mind.

im guessing u have more than 1 dimm in system since u have 1.5gb of ram, try each individually in each slot, and see if removing one causes it to stop, post the exact error 2, is important, can point towards something, ie unmountable boot volume/innaccessable boot device usually hard drive, google the error also, blue screen can be a number of things, easier to troubleshoot if u have the error

I would still try to install windows with 1 stick at a time in, if that doesnt work, I am fairly sure your psu isnt giving enough power for some reason, or your mobo is fried somehow.

I forgot, but you did try to install it to another harddrive right? You changed IDE/SATA-cables?

So you tried changing the cables, you changed the PSU, you ran 1 ram stick at a time, and you changed the mainboard?

Then its a heatproblem, clean your cooler from dust and hope the airflow gets better, run with the case open, and put a normal fan to help cooling the system down and see if it helps.

How hot is the cpu? Check the temp in bios just after you got the error message in the installation.
