TLW consignment merchant rip off..

Suggestion:

Get a e.g. lvl 1 weapon with short name, set a price like 300g for it..... now anything below this in vault costs 300g.

Then comes next lvl 1 weapon, same one as above, but now with perhaps 450g or something.... now anything below costs 450g etc. etc.

That way u can set prices for any item which are seeable for anyone.

Its abit of work for the one who wants to sell stuff, but much easier for those who wanna buy some.

But still leaves it open to the question of the honesty of the dealer.

The looking around with a penniless alt is the only sure fire way in getting something for the price you think it is.

In TLW case, or any other POSSIBLE cheating dealer, its simply a matter of not shopping with them. Like with any other supermarket or dealer, and I don't see why it needs to escalate beyond that.

Sufficed to say its possible, and therefore the sad case is that you should be wary when using any consignment merchant.

There is no real ripp-off, if ppl want those items badly and TLW has them but at a slightly above market price it's still up to the buyer to buy it or not, it's not up to TLW to lower the prices when ppl are in doubt. If ya disagree go search all CM's and perhaps you find something better... or not

why on earth people keep on referring to the problem as being from TLW i have no idea, the guild house merchant does not have stupidly expensive rip off items that are hidden, and i don't think i have the right to tell my guildmembers what they sell their personal stuff for. so please name individuals, if you feel so inclines but don't try and dirty the good name of my guild with ill informed posts.

Yes but these items have a value of £2 and £6000 respectivly. in respect 2 say a realm respec stone worth 1p [as we all know] and one being marked up as 1.999p..

Supply and demand i know. It wasnt a refelction on that it was just to state that prices get marked down and not up.. no can honestly say a realm respec is worth 2p can they Not with current market as it is.
