if you pulled the mob (you had agro, it was coming for you) and while the mob enroute to you was touched and "stolen"... report it as it is breaking the coc. Otherwise, though luck.

our sorc pulled and danos at half way turned back dont now the reason and they pulled right away , the sorc didnt have time to go back and try again

Lets see you camp an artifact encounter for 11 hours and just when it popped and you're PMing the ppl that are gonne help you to come, a group comes by, pretends they don't see you pulls and kills it, taking the artifact with them and on to the next encounter. See if you still feel like that then.

Or are you one of those ppl that would say "then don't camp artifacts"

dude, i can understand the frustration of players with no manners, and no obvious reserve for other peoples efforts, but whining on here won't solve it.

I've made the mistake of turning back from a particular spot because its "camped m8, ffs!!! Wtf, u n00b" by some PLing tool, and i would imagine most people would let a camped spawn stay camped, but some people actively go out and use other groups to clear them to a particular mob, then when the group is resting, they step in and pull the one they want.

It's a real shit thing to do, and the people who do it deserve nothing but contempt, and a /laugh as using tactics like that shows that they obviously don't got what it takes to get there without gettin someone else to clear the path.

I don't know what this guilds like for it - maybe we can get one of the GMs to make a mention as to why a tough spawn was hi-jacked like that. Remember the rows that used to blaze up on here when a Sidi raid was organised, then 10 minutes before the off, a group of 1337-ness from some big guild charges in and spoils it for the 50+ people who had gathered?

Who pulls first got the rights for the arti', good rule but alot of people missusing it... AD got at least 50000GoV but still they NEEED it for their 2000alts.

I would report it. If danos isnt back at his normal spot after your first aborted pull you could make a fair case that you still had him engaged. If he had returned to his normal spot (i.e. had finished walking back after aggro was lost) Then as other poeple have said tough luck, rude behaviour but within the rules.

How about I get my spare PC, perma park it at gov then claim everytime it pops it's my mob.
Yeah I can go semi-afk for 11 hours as well, it gives me no rights to an arti.

If you are claiming you were actually sitting at your pc staring at the spawn point for 11 hours.. go kill something to make money and earn the 25p needed to buy the arti in half the time

About waiting for him to return to his spawn point before pulling him.. you realise that someone could keep danos away from his spawn with no intentions of killing him pretty much indefinately right?

If you've camped a particular mob for 8 hours or whatever, then the next person to wander along hasn't got a clue 99% of the time. If they DO know you've been there for a while, and have actively been playing and are obviously not AFK, then yeah, it's just someone acting like a prick.

From what i read on hear, and the other thread, i get the impression AD are just that - pricks. Maybe not ALL of them, and maybe they do good things (but as human nature goes, it's rare you'll get a post saying "Just to say thanks to xxxx for mezzing them mobs that were about to aggro when we were fighting xxxx." or "Thanks xxxx for risking their toon to rez us all at xxxx encounter, to save us going through it all again" cos we only comment when something sucks) but as it stands, they act like they run the place, and nothing can be done about it.

If they wanna have a reputation as a bunch of cock-chewers then fair enough - they'll get no rezzes, they'll get no help, they'll get no conversation from anyone other than the stale little group they always have. That'll get dull...
