1) I decide what is wasted time for me.

2) Maybe i dont see time a precious. Infact I dont see it as precious. It just another dimension of being. The only time that is precious is that spent with someone you care about. (ie time at work aint precious, time writing a post when ill and cant go out isnt precious etc)

How so, as flea stated waaaay back.. buying/downloading the game DOES NOT affect how much the developer gets paid, just the publisher (EA etc?)

You must also have missed the part where I said if anyone followed x's way of life and downloaded the game the company would be out of business.

And to an extent, it's true. Sure, it may not affect how much they get paid but if X and Y are only shipping 2 games (to me - cause i'm a healthy customer! and to some fag) and the rest download it illegally, then X and Y could be in le shit.

Ofcourse, we're not only talking about the game business. There's the music & video businesses too ^^.

What you call babble, i call a statement of response. You completely ignored the question that I finished up with. And i will answer the question i asked you, as if i was asked.

In certain circumstances I would be willing to kill someone, this is always a criminal act though. However there is "tolerance" levels to it. (ie killing in self defence or in defence of another) is tolerated. Doesnt make the act any less wrong though, however i would accept it.

Oh, and how about this on a view of British law. This comes from a long standing police officer and others whom they work with after a discussion with them.

If someone breaks into your home you have limited lawful abilities you can do. As such these officers would be willing to kill the theives if it was in their home, and they would then merely place a weapon to state that it was being welded against them. This means that you could actually kill said person because it is deemed as acceptable force. Is this wrong? Sure. But should the criminal be protect anyways after breaking into your home? Not a chance.

Law is fickle and there are many interpretations of it in court. I have recently seen someone giving 40hrs community services for £40k of fraud, and someone that had £2.5k from fraud getting 3months imprissonment. That is how fickle the law is, The country is a joke, as are government and most major corporations. But live in a world where you deal with it.
