Are other tiscali users still getting shitty lag?

I am hoping it's not just me

Like many other ISPs, they rent their space off BT. BT is having problems atm.

Yer on Tiscali here, unplayable lag for the past 3 days now, you ring them up and spend an hour tring to tell the guy is not the fault of the game server cus 1000's of others are fine.... <sigh> they ended up saying they'd run some tests and contact BT, so prolly still looking at 24hrs + before anything happens:/

Yes I already spent quite a while telling their support desk it's not the game servers and so they said they would look into it... that was around 8pm on the 2nd of September and they haven't got back to me yet.

Problem isn't Tiscali, its sprintnet (www.sprintlink.net)

See hop 8 to 9, from 27ms to 385ms.. Tiscali backbone normally is very fast (where I live in the netherlands). If you do want to complain do so at the owner of the router that is causing the problem which in this case aint Tiscali

Yer i must aggree when i do a tracert its the sprintlink hop where the lags starts

Try mailing em, last time I mailed em got a reply in 45 mins...

Using tiscali dial-up and had constant yellow triangle lag the past few days, except yesterday it worked quite nicely
