tired of this rightnow system

today, after getting back from army as usual i tried to login the game but got a msg "account closed", what does that mean?
so i went to the site and tried to login the billing system but it just kept getting me back to the login/password page... so now i cant play and i cant check why i cant so i sent a question and waiting for an answer which is sad cuz i wanted so much to play

account closed normaly means you have to update your billing sometimes normaly happens to me

got that last week, purchased another month no probs was working fine, and in my experience right-now has been fine on the few occasions i bound in a well and when /stuck i wud be placed back there. embarrassingly i did this twice as i died after forgetting to change bind point

I hear alot about people who can't log into the billing pages...everytime it has been because their browser wasn't compatable with something or another...even tho they could log on to the billing sections before...go figure, weird huh...if you can try it on another computer, a net cafe perhaps, then it might work...I myself have never had this problem, in fact, I just renewed this morning and had no problems.

well i got it working from another computer... but i still dont understand why i cant log the billing pages from my own computer, and yeah i did log before... i even deleted all the temporary and the chace files and the cookies so i dunno what the problem is... well anyways it's working again =)

Ok spam me all you like but I'd just like to say that personally I'm very impressed with the customer support behind Rightnow....

Saturday at about 20:00 I asked for my subscrption login/password since I couldn't log on to renew my account and when I checked at 21:30 I'd already received an email with all the details I'd requested..... Not bad I say for a weekend and so late at night
