Well I hope you weren't silly enough to buy one in the first place but if you did I've got some worse news for you here.

Oh dear I can't say I have much admiration for Time and Tiny and the likes, but I'm sure many people were attracted by their cheap prices and multiplicitous yellow adverts adorning PC magazines and newspapers etc. TBH, if you want cheap and cheerful Dell and many others are still a better bet, even if their support leaves something to be desired at times.
