Where can I farm it ?

I thought it is dropped off one of the families near Gwyntell.
Well, there are no Tinctors in the houses near Gwyn. Also, there are no Tinctors in the houses behind the bridge.

Tinctor Family seal drops off the Tinctor family , not lindons. Tinctor familly is NE from gwyn across the river
