i could TUPE over but we dont know wtf is going on yet, has anyone gone through the TUPE process, whats it all about?, how did you find it, did anything change?

Ive no idea what it means, but TUPE'ing sounds as if its painful, disgusting, or both. Is it anything like colonic irrigation?

And if you can't be arsed reading that, it's basically when a company splits up or something, but you still have your job.

TUPE basically means if someone takes your company over, the employees still have rights (like accrued service time for redundancy etc.) so the new owner can't just kick you out. Only lasts for six months though if I remember correctly.
