time to change the keep situation?

interested in the opinions of mids and albs, but the current berk beno eras thing seems to be creating the worst form of RVR ever.

Its basically a battle of 2 realms atm. Has the knock on effect of reducing hib numbers even more because its just like ZZZzzzz. That my opinion anyway.

Anytime we have a 3 keep standoff in 1 of the frontiers, it seems so spoil any kinda soloing. The ones which frontier the standoff is in, have a zergy lowbie thingie around the portal keep and the 2 other realms run mainly FG fights.

For me that dont have a group and playing a "no room" class for FGs I havent done much RvR for some time now. Simply its join the zerg at Beno and get farmed(maybe get yourself 1-2k rps) or dont RvR at all.

I love the keep/tower sieges(in hib where there is no warlocks with lame range) or all the small fights around with 2-4 ppl from each side(since I dont have a group) and all that is gone in the present situation.

So for me I hate the current situation, wether its in alb, hib or mid.

Well In NF you choose what kind of RvR you wanna play. Look at the /map and think for a sec. There are lots of solo ppl running to the battle and thats from all realms. Just go there and roam.

The 4fg warlocks that turned up, along with NP, to defend put paid to that effort.

Hib dosent seem interested in fielding FG's to compete and the knock on effect of that is that all soloers (ref Hibs) are suffering from the insane adds if they attempt any open field battling.

Cant you albsies mount a decent effort "cough" zerg to reclaim as the Berks situation is killing rvr in Hib, which in the long run is killing rvr for both mids and albs.

2 groups of us tried last night - and as Tilda said we got swamped by 4fg mids (including NP who were obviously roaming looking for fair gg fights ). Gave it a couple of goes then gave up. Also tried to get one of the hib towers a couple of times with the same result. Conclusion - atleast 2 of the realms want to keep it that way...

The answer is for mids and hibs to storm through alb trying to take as many keeps as possible albs will soon get worried and decide that having keeps in their land is more dangerous than it first seemed, and a zerg will be created to retake :worthy:
