thats why if you make a vid it might get torn apart. so the first thing u gotta ask yourself is can u get footage thats actually gonna impress anyone on a WL. Imo the answer is no becuase theres no skill on the class (chamber and UI bomb etc thats it)

the class design in general is retarded, that's my problem. you don't need to be able to do shit to play a warlock, fire all insta spells in the shortest amount of time possible and then you either win or lose. how exciting. thing with this class is you can't really tell if its a good one or a bad one, because they all do the exact same thing. play flawless and you still do the same shit as a rr1 roglock. there's just no way to develop as a good player on this class.

the element of positiong to be out of interrupts doesn't even play a role, which is by far the biggest challenge casters are facing atm. yes, caster dps is insane nowadays, but interrupts keep them in check. a good caster is free, an awful caster is interrupted, those who refuse to learn and cannot compete with interrupt code roll a warlock.

anyways i don't want to get into this discussion any further because it's been talked about plenty of times, and this thread wasn't meant to be another one. i used to hope it was common knowledge warlocks are retarded though, nerfed dps or not.

Haha, same shit as every other person who defends the warlock-class. Im sure a RM has more sustained DPS then a Warlock (after 10 seconds) but the most important you guys keep forgetting: You cannot interrupt a warlock.

If I run up to your Runemaster and hit you, you are interrupted. If I run up to a warlock, I proceed to catch chambers for 600-700 / pop and afterwards get UI lifetapped for 300-350.

And every frigging Warlock above RR5 has Purge3 so stunning aint doing much good.

Only make the video if you are prepared to learn from the critism you get from it.

No matter how good or bad it is you will always get someone flaming it, sometimes many people and sometimes they can be quite cutting in thier remarks, like Stajj said, don't get upset if (when) people flame it.

The main problem with a WL video(imo) is that people who don't play the class will be more reluctant to like it, they'll look at any good kills you get as the class being overpowered rather than you being skilled.

Good luck with it though.
