Hardly, the first 4 (maybe 5) albums were excellent - admittedly the last album (Know Your Enemy) and singles (So Why So Sad through to There By The Grace Of God) were decidedly mediocre, but the first 3 albums were genius, next two were ok if you like that sort of thing.

Faster and Motorcycle Emptiness are two of the best songs of the 90s though, easily.

Faster is unmitigating genuis. I'm not sure I'd rate all the early albums as great however; 'Natwest, Barclays, Midlands, Lloyds' makes me weep with despair.

i just dont rate the guys vocal talent at all and the songs are all very lateral and dont tend to go anywhere

ill listen to most types of music but when my housemate plays the Manics, theres war.
