Nothing for Alb quest, you get an item called Credentials for a future quest. GOA are not allowed to create new content if I remember correctly. They can add existing items onto new mobs/NPC's but they need to be careful.
I.E They could make an Apoc strength mob in Lyn Barfog for example. But it would be much easier than the Apoc in Caer Sidi due to easy access and no need for dungeon crawling.
Remember the roots event in Alb? When we had the mob with a High Lord model running around Plains? He dropped Dartmoor items or something like that.
The GOA quests are more of an enhancement of your playing, not a chance to get uber items. If you want the best drops, you know where to hunt them.
