first off, dps 16.5 is the max no matter what, even if it says 21.5 it does't add also the item wil con red/purp to a lvl 50 and thus degrade very fast meaning it's actually useless, furthermore there is no such thing as spd 11.1.
5.9 is the slowest wep arround so unless you actually have proof of a pic this is complete bs ><
